Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Responsibilities

• Assist Banks & Finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with our network of contracted agents.
• Communicate regularly with banks and field agents; coordinate repossession activities.
• Use multiple computer monitors and data entry; maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
