Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Post Repossession Admin for our Dallas, TX location. This in-office role focuses on administering assignments, processing service completions, and releasing lender assets as required.

You will communicate with banks and field agents, manage multiple systems, and excel in a high-multitasking environment. Candidates should have a minimum 2 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Process assignments and manage completion of services across multiple systems.
• Handle the release of lender assets once service is executed.
• Maintain regular communication with banks and field agents.
• Demonstrate strong data entry accuracy and high attention to detail.
• Work in a cubicle environment with a team and in a fast-paced setting.
