Solid Solutions 24/7 is hiring full-time Repossession Agents in Sacramento, CA. Earn $16.90/hour with recovery bonuses and a potential six-figure annual income at higher production levels.

We provide paid training, assist with California repossessor registration, and supply the truck and equipment. No experience is required, and the schedule includes fixed day or night shifts with a 5-day rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 or older and eligible for CA BSIS repossessor registration.
• Valid California driver’s license with no major violations in last 7 years.
• Available for weekend shifts as part of rotation.
• Comfortable working independently, outdoors and at night.
• Able to safely operate tow/wheel-lift equipment.
• Willing to complete a background check after conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Start each shift with assigned repossessions, many located by Camera Car team.
• Verify vehicle and account information before every recovery.
• Safely recover vehicles with company tow and wheel-lift equipment.
• Document vehicle condition and personal property with photos and notes.
• Keep dispatch updated in real time.
• Stay calm, de-escalate tense situations, and know when to walk away.
• Follow California Collateral Recovery Act and company procedures.

What You'll Earn

• Hourly pay for every hour worked: $16.90/hour
• Recovery bonuses every pay period, paid on the same check as your hours
• Estimated annual earnings (hourly + bonuses):
  • 100 recoveries/month (our standard): about $72,000/yr
  • 130 recoveries/month: about $93,000/yr
  • 150 recoveries/month: $108,000+/yr

Earnings estimates are based on our current bonus plan and depend on individual production. We'll go over the full pay plan at your in-person interview.

What You'll Do

• Start each shift with assigned repossessions, many already located by our Camera Car (LPR) team

Your Schedule

Choose a fixed shift:

• Day: 8 AM–5 PM or 9 AM–6 PM
• Night: 10 PM–6 AM or 9 PM–5 AM

You’ll work a fixed 5-day rotation with 2 consecutive days off, including some weekends, so you can plan your life around it.

What You Need

• 23 or older (for insurance reasons) and eligible for a California BSIS repossessor registration (we'll help you apply).
• Valid California driver's license and no major violations in the last 7 years driving record.
• Available for weekend shifts as part of your rotation

• Able to safely operate tow/wheel-lift equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Willing to complete a background check after a conditional offer (required for state registration).

Nice to Have

Experience in towing, tow truck driving, repossession, collections, security, loss prevention, delivery driving or law enforcement. No experience? If you're reliable, calm under pressure and motivated to earn more, we'll train you.
