Whizz is building a fast, high-speed electric bike delivery platform aimed at helping drivers perform more efficiently in urban areas. This role involves recovering electric bicycles and coordinating with debtors, drivers, and law enforcement as needed.

The ideal candidate has a security-related background, strong communication and multitasking abilities, and is willing to travel across Washington DC and nearby cities for day trips.

Formación

• 1 year of security or related field experience.
• Willingness to travel within Washington DC and other cities.
• Car ownership preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles and mopeds from debtors.
• Communicate with debtors about outstanding balances and recoveries.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers as required.
• Travel within DC and other cities for day trips.
• Work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Minimum 1 year of security or related field experience.

Our ultimate goal is to make transportation for delivery drivers as seamless and hassle-free as possible, so they can focus on what matters most: delivering top-quality service to their customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles, mopeds from debtors.
• Confidently communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Willingness to work in various parts of Washington DC travel within the state and other cities for day trips.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
• 1 years of experience in security, police, army, or a related field.
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Car ownership (preferably a bigger car to move bikes) and willingness to use it for the job
• Former or retired law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.

Type of Employment

1099 contract

Pay

$20 per hour + payment per successful recovery, higher pay rate as per recovery volume.
