The Ascendancy Group seeks an experienced Reports Officer to provide substantive review of intelligence content, verify facts, and ensure product suitability for publication and the intended audience. This full-time role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and deep knowledge of IC analytic tradecraft standards (ICD 203/ICD 200).

Responsibilities include fact-checking, editing for clarity, and ensuring consistency across text, charts, and citations, using MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience related to the labor category, with a portion of that experience within the last 2 years.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Working knowledge of IC analytic tradecraft standards (ICD 203 and the ICD 200 series).
• Comprehensive mission knowledge and completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
• Ability to draw understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, or technically advanced.
• Ability to collaborate with IC partners on information sharing, driving collection and resolving analytic disputes.
• Ability to develop concise, insightful and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
• Ability to lead or guide teams researching multifaceted or critical problems.
• Knowledge of IC and DoW classification guidelines and procedures, and the ability to apply them.
• Ability to produce timely, logical, and concise reports, assessments and briefing materials using Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with strong grammar skills.

Security Requirement

Current Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
