Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–6 years banking-related experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze service of process requests.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Reporting Services department.
• Investigate and process Writs, Levies, Restraints, Attachments, Garnishments, and child support orders.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of bank information.
• Communicate with serving attorneys or agencies to clarify scope and due dates.
• Ensure compliance with Federal/State regulations and Northwest policies.
• Maintain audit-ready records and complete related reports.
