Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a Reporting Services Specialist I to oversee day-to-day operations of the Reporting Services department and ensure privacy of confidential bank information.

You will manage Writs, Levies, Restraints, Attachments, Garnishments, and child support orders, coordinate with serving attorneys and agencies, communicate with customers, and ensure timely processing and meticulous recordkeeping across Northwest systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 - 6 years related banking experience preferred.
• 2 - 6 years Reporting Services experience preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze service of process requests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational functions of the Reporting Services department.
• Investigate and process Writs, Levies, Restraints, Attachments, Garnishments, and child support orders.
• Ensure privacy of confidential bank information.
