• 2 - 6 years related banking experience preferred.
• 2 - 6 years relevant experience preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze service of process requests.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Reporting Services.
• Investigate and process writs, levies, restraints, attachments, garnishments, and child support orders.
• Ensure privacy of confidential bank information.
• Prepare departmental reports.
• Communicate with serving attorneys or agencies to clarify scope and due date.
• Process payments upon receipt of order or judgement.
• Log and track incoming requests for audit and control.
• Maintain records for compliance and audit purposes.
• Review IOLTA/IOLA records and IRS notices as needed.
