Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Compiles, analyzes, and reports field data collected from test projects under the supervision of Reporting QC Specialists and Managers.
  • This position works with Project Managers, Field Technicians and other reporting staff to ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of test reports and other documents.
  • Write and assemble documents such as test protocols or test reports using templates, following style guides and SOPs.
  • Perform review of draft documents for details like grammar and spelling.
  • Communicate regularly with field and reporting staff to ensure test reports are completed in a timely manner.
  • Understand roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and third-party accreditation standards.
  • Performing various clerical work where needed.
