Job summary

Form3 is seeking a Reporting & Data Analyst to strengthen the organisation's reporting capability by delivering scalable dashboards in AWS QuickSight and building reusable datasets.

You will translate stakeholder questions into data requirements, integrate diverse data sources, document governance, and support a knowledge transfer plan while delivering on a six-month engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards using AWS QuickSight or a comparable BI platform.
• Practical experience using SQL and Python for reporting, data transformation or analysis.
• Experience working with multiple data sources and translating stakeholder requirements into accurate, maintainable reporting.
• A self-sufficient and pragmatic approach, with the ability to take ownership and deliver within a focused six-month engagement.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Reporting & Data Analyst to help Form3 develop a more reliable, scalable and accessible reporting capability across the organisation.

This is a six-month fixed-term contract with two clear priorities: completing and enhancing the Customer Service reporting suite in AWS QuickSight, and building trusted, reusable datasets that enable teams to create and maintain their own reporting.

You'll work across the business to improve data quality, reduce manual reporting and establish stronger documentation, governance and knowledge transfer for the future.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential

• Experience using Amazon Athena or a similar cloud-based data querying service.
• Experience creating curated datasets for self-service reporting.
• Experience improving data quality, reporting governance and technical documentation.
• Experience working in a start-up, scale-up or small team where you have had broad ownership.

TECH STACK

• AWS QuickSight - building dashboards, reporting suites and reusable datasets.
• SQL - querying, transforming and validating reporting data.
• Python - supporting data transformation, automation and reporting workflows.
• Business and operational systems - integrating data sources into trusted reporting datasets.
