Ingram Micro in Irvine, CA is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Professional to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that drive business performance. You will partner with GTM, Platform Business, and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and monitor KPIs.

The ideal candidate has a BA in data analytics or related field, 3+ years in BI, strong SQL skills, Excel, and experience with Power BI/Tableau/Looker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.
• Proven ability to solve complex business problems using data-driven insights and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into business performance and key metrics.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful analytics solutions.
• Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner tailored to business audiences.
• Leverage multiple data sources across the organization and demonstrate a strong understanding of how to access, query, and validate data.
• Apply statistical concepts, forecasting methodologies, and business performance metrics to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through validation and quality assurance processes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on reporting and analytics needs.
