Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a seasoned analytics professional to develop and implement comprehensive workflows and dashboards across global franchises. You will identify reporting opportunities, support roadmap initiatives, and collaborate with IT to enhance visualization and metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; minimum six years of related experience.
Experience implementing organizational change across a matrixed global environment.
Experience with data acquisition platforms, ETL, and visualization.
Proficiency with Azure Databricks, Power BI, SAP HANA, Alteryx, Tableau, Python, PySpark, and SQL.
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
End-to-end supply chain knowledge preferred.

Job description

Develop and implement comprehensive workflows and dashboards
Participate in process capability assessments and provide key insights and business solutions
Identify and leverage reporting opportunities across Johnson & Johnson franchises
Support the future technology roadmap and assess efficiency opportunities, including platform consolidation, new technologies, and self-serve platforms
Support business adoption of new metrics and standards
Partner with IT and other segments to develop business solutions improving visualization and virtualization of metrics and processes
Drive continuous capability and process improvement through benchmarking and standard-process implementation
Develop analytics solutions for deployment by global process owners
Develop new analytics capabilities, including OMP and sophisticated planning-system reporting
Perform analytical assessments to describe cause-and-effect relationships, assess trends, and identify outliers for regional metrics
Support improvements to Tableau, Alteryx, Azure Databricks, existing business intelligence solutions, and data models/infrastructure

Requirements

Minimum bachelor's degree required
Minimum six years of related work experience
Experience efficiently implementing change across an organization
Experience working with global and multifunctional teams in a highly matrixed environment
Experience with data acquisition platforms, ETL, and visualization
Experience with Azure Databricks, Power BI, SAP HANA, Alteryx, Tableau, Python, PySpark, and SQL
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to communicate clearly and make complex topics clear and compelling
End-to-end supply chain knowledge preferred
Professional experience with supply chain planning systems such as OMP and ERP systems such as SAP preferred
Strong understanding of end-to-end processes preferred
Tableau dashboard design and data storytelling experience preferred
Experience applying consistent visual/design standards across dashboards preferred
Ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities and timelines preferred
Lean/6 Sigma/FPX or equivalent certification preferred
APICS certification preferred

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing analytics solutions, including proficiency in Azure Databricks, Tableau, and Alteryx. Capable of driving process improvements and supporting business adoption of new metrics and standards within a global supply chain context.
