Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Analytics Lead to govern and advance global supply chain analytics frameworks. You will translate priorities into analytics requirements, collaborate with digital and technology teams to automate reporting, and ensure data integrity with standardized governance.

You will drive tool adoption and communicate insights to senior leadership. The role requires 5+ years in reporting/analytics within global organizations, with expertise in dashboards (Power BI/Tableau),

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven roles, with demonstrated impact in a complex, global organization.
Strong experience developing executive-level dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical insights.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally in a matrixed environment, including strategy, operations, and digital teams.
Preferred: Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or transformation initiatives in a global or highly regulated environment.
Hands-on experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Familiarity with data governance, standardization, and analytics best practices.
Experience supporting large-scale change, transformation, or continuous improvement programs.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English required.
