Identifies, documents, tracks and trends workflow issues and implements solutions. Monitors staff productivity and conducts QA regarding timeliness and accuracy. Identifies, initiates and leads departmental projects, acts as a liaison for the department, and provides ad hoc reporting. **What you will do*** Provides high level analytics of all Revenue Cycle department systems, reports, processes and volume/patient flow. Identifies, monitors, and develops process improvement plans.* Tracks and trends workflow issues and implements solutions.* Collaborates with departments on projects, seeking input, validation and approval.* Initiates and leads departmental projects.* Monitors workflow and staff productivity.
