Job summary

Scott & Associates, PC is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our Legal Inventory team in Charleston, SC. The role focuses on pulling and cleaning inventory data from our case-management system, building Excel dashboards, and tracking performance and trends across cases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a data-focused role (data entry, reporting, analytics).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, basic formulas).
• Experience with online databases and legal case-management software.
• Strong analytical skills—can spot patterns and explain them simply.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Works well with others and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our Legal Inventory team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pull and clean inventory data from our case‑management system.

• Use Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables) to match data and spot errors.
