JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking two reliable individuals for an Agile Implementation project for one of our clients in Birmingham, AL. They are one of the largest life insurance companies in the southeast. Both roles are fully remote. The first position is an Agile Coach responsible for assessing, standardizing, and implementing their agile plan. Responsibilities include meeting with delivery teams, understanding current practices, and conducting workshops and seminars for implementation. The candidate will also develop training content for upcoming rollouts. The second role is a Reporting Analyst, working closely with the Agile Coach. The Reporting Analyst should have strong expertise in Azure DevOps, reporting practices, and the integration of Power BI and ADO. Both candidates should possess excellent communication skills, an easy-going personality, and professionalism.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps and Power BI
• Specific experience handling integration between ADO and Power BI
• 5+ years of experience in creating and analyzing reports
• Experience with agile implementations
• Great personality and professionalism
