Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data quality. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, support sales leaders with data inquiries, and convert sales data into actionable insights. You will also be responsible for creating vital documentation and training sales team members to optimize Salesforce utilization effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of Salesforce data through systematic monitoring and cleansing.
• Support sales leaders by responding promptly to data inquiries and providing ad-hoc reports.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and patterns, translating these into actionable business insights.
• Develop and provide Salesforce training and documentation for team members.

Must-Have Skills

• Deep understanding of Salesforce for reporting and dashboard creation
• Strong analytical skills for complex data analysis
• Excellent communication skills for clear dissemination of technical information

Industry Experience

• Minimum 4 years in Sales Operations or as a Business Analyst with focus on Salesforce data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
• Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies is a plus.
