Role Summary

Join Bank of America’s Online Banking Technology team to design and deliver governance and change‑management reporting. This role builds standardized reporting processes and creates executive-ready presentations for leadership and peer teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting standards, templates, and SOPs.
• Build Access databases and Excel models for change and governance metrics.
• Create PowerPoint decks for governance forums with clear insights and trends.
