Job summary

Acro Service Corporation in Detroit, MI is seeking a data analyst to support workload planning and reporting. You will build dashboards, run queries, and deliver clear visuals that accurately reflect datasets and trends for decision makers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and MS Office experience; PowerBI development and SQL Server querying are preferred. Coding in M, R, JavaScript, PHP or C++ is a plus and will be used to enhance analytics capabilities.

Functions Performed

• Supporting work load management activities via workforce planning, maintenance, recommendations & tracking through standard processing and systems
• Ad hoc and routine reporting processes as well as report and metric generation
• Ad hoc and project analysis – gathering and reviewing data, making recommendations, and performing follow through activities (scheduling meetings, modifying data, additional analysis, reporting changes)
• Write/execute queries in databases
• Create visual representations of data sets in quick and understandable means to accurately reflect the dataset
• Gathering requirements to execute reports/projects/analysis

Requirements

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree, MS Office Experience

Preferred: PowerBI Development, SQL Server Querying, Coding in M/R/Javascript/PHP/C++
