Job summary

Morning Brew is seeking a reporter to join Revenue Brew, our B2B publication that explores how revenue teams operate and drive growth. The role involves writing profiles, process stories, news roundups, and data-driven pieces to illuminate revenue enablement for a broad audience.

You will pitch, report, and write stories for newsletters and on-site articles, and may moderate virtual and in-person events, all while maintaining the Morning Brew voice that is engaging, informative, and clever.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of journalism experience.
  • Ability to write in the Morning Brew style (engaging, informative, clever).
  • Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from structured and unstructured data.
  • Understanding of how to leverage multiple platforms (email, social media, etc.) to engage with the target audience.
  • Self-starter attitude with ability to operate in a collaborative, quickly-changing environment.
  • Combination of attention to detail and creative, strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills with a mindset for collaboration.
  • Ability to operate in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
  • On-camera experience is a plus.

Revenue Brew is looking for a reporter to cover how revenue teams operate. Our coverage runs the gamut from sales strategy and leadership, to customer success and managing technological change within go-to-market organizations.

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reporter to join Revenue Brew, our B2B publication capturing how revenue organizations drive growth and boost their business’s top line. Our coverage runs the gamut from sales strategy and leadership, to customer success and managing technological change within go-to-market organizations.

You’ll write a mix of profiles, process stories, news roundups, and aggregated pieces to help our audience better understand the discipline of revenue enablement, make better decisions and stay up-to-date with a rapidly evolving space.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
  • Pitch, report, and write stories -- via newsletter, on-site articles, and other venues of distribution, like podcasts or other multimedia approaches.
  • Moderate virtual and IRL events.

COMPENSATION

$75,000 - $80,000

Final offers for this job will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided, commensurate with experience. Total offer package to include benefits highlighted under our perks section below.
