Essential Functions

• Reviewing electronically stored reports and documents to ensure established Bank policies and procedures are followed.
• Performing duties to maintain customer information and account integrity.
• Performing image quality verification of scanned deposit documents. Consequence of error is significant.
• Limited contact with customers and frequent contact with other departments, Account Officers, Personal Bankers, Retail Managers, etc. Contact outside the workgroup is by phone and written correspondence.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Twelve months banking experience, 30 college credit hours, or 18 months stable work history in an administrative or clerical position is required.
• Requires excellent written and verbal communication and general business knowledge; proficient using Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Other important qualities or performance are: attention to detail, reliability, excellent self‑directed work habits, initiative, good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• The incumbent must be able to function efficiently and effectively under deadlines and stress while maintaining a professional and mature demeanor.
• The ability to sit for extended periods of time and complete work using keyboard and monitor for majority of work day is a must.
• Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures.
