Fleet Farm in Muskego, WI is seeking a Replenishment Team Lead who thrives on coaching others and improving store operations. You will supervise the replenishment team, plan daily tasks, and coordinate with store leadership to prioritize products based on customer demand.

You will ensure merchandise is properly binned and replenished from capstock and backstock, process pick lists from scans, and maintain a clean receiving area while driving improvements with the Logistics team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years in retail logistics or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability in fast-changing environments.
• Able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Train and supervise the Replenishment Team.
• Plan and assign daily tasks for the team.
• Prioritize merchandise replenishment based on demand.
• Ensure products are properly binned in capstock and backstock.
• Process pick lists generated from merchandise scans.
• Ensure all merchandise is processed by end of shift.
• Maintain clean, organized receiving area.
• Coordinate with Logistics Manager to improve processes.
• Assist Logistics and Yard Team as needed.
• Notify leads/management about out-of-stock items.
• Collaborate with store management and zone leads.
• Return warehouse carts and restore work areas.
