Job summary

Niche Bakers Corp. is seeking a Sales & Replenishment Analyst to drive Walmart replenishment, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization for the Bentonville, AR-based Walmart business.

You will work hands-on with Walmart systems, cross-functional teams, and suppliers to maintain in-stock performance and deliver sales insights. Experience with Walmart platforms and a fast-paced environment is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Walmart supplier business preferred.
• Experience with Walmart systems including Retail Link and Walmart Scintilla.

Responsibilities

• Manage Walmart replenishment and inventory performance across assigned items and DCs.
• Analyze sales trends, forecasts, inventory levels, and in-stock opportunities using Walmart systems and reporting tools.
• Utilize Walmart Scintilla, Retail Link, and replenishment data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor DC inventory, flow, seasonal events, and forecast accuracy, adjusting inventory based on sales forecast and requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, production, and logistics teams to support customer needs.
• Support seasonal line reviews, modular changes, and promotional/event forecasting.
• Track KPIs including in-stock %, weeks of supply, waste, forecast accuracy, and sales trends.
• Identify root causes for inventory issues and provide recommendations.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Replenishment Analyst to support our Walmart business in Bentonville, AR. This role will be responsible for driving in-stock performance, forecasting accuracy, replenishment analysis, inventory management, and sales insights for a growing business.

This is a hands-on role working directly with Walmart systems, internal teams, and supply chain partners to support seasonal and everyday items across Walmart distribution centers and stores.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Walmart supplier accounts and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high visibility and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Walmart replenishment and inventory performance across assigned items and DCs
• Analyze sales trends, forecasts, inventory levels, and in-stock opportunities using Walmart systems and reporting tools
• Utilize Walmart Scintilla, Retail Link, and replenishment data to identify risks and opportunities
• Monitor DC inventory, flow, modular transitions, seasonal events, and forecast accuracy, ensuring reasonable inventory volume flowing based on sales forecast, minimum requirements, product dimensions, etc and take action to adjust if required.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, production, and logistics teams to support customer needs
• Support seasonal line reviews, modular changes, and promotional/event forecasting
• Track KPIs including in-stock %, weeks of supply, waste, forecast accuracy, and sales trends
• Identify root causes for inventory issues, slow-moving inventory, overstocks, and service concerns and provide recommendations.
• Assist with item setup support, launch planning, and transition management for new items as well as sales tracking analysis of new items.
• Communicate proactively with Walmart replenishment and merchandising teams as needed
• Review supply chain & merchandising system data to ensure replenishment is not interrupted.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and assist with presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience supporting Walmart supplier business preferred
• Experience with Walmart systems including:
• Retail Link
• Food, fresh, bakery or perishable product experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Experience analyzing forecasts, inventory, sales trends, and replenishment metrics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with Walmart DC-level inventory and replenishment preferred

Preferred Experience

• Fresh or perishable food category experience
• Seasonal or modular transition experience
• Experience with forecasting and supply chain collaboration
• Understanding of Walmart replenishment processes and DC flow
• This position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas
• Local Northwest Arkansas candidates only
• This role is primarily in-office to allow for training, collaboration, and partnership with the team
• Potential for a hybrid schedule may be considered in the future after training and onboarding are completed successfully

Salary Range

$80,000 - $115,000+ depending on experience and Walmart-specific replenishment expertise.
