Job summary

Market Performance Group (MPG) is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain for Walmart and Sam’s Club accounts. The role emphasizes strong analytics, proactive execution, and a customer-first approach across both physical and digital shelves.

You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to optimize inventory, improve forecast accuracy, and drive overall supply chain performance, enabling omnichannel growth and reliable product availability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years (Manager) / 7+ years (Sr. Manager) of experience in CPG supply chain, preferably supporting Walmart or Sam’s Club
  • Strong knowledge of Walmart Retail Link and Sam’s Club MADIX/IMMAP systems
  • Experience working with retailer replenishment systems (e.g., GRS, Retail Link’s OSA, Demand Forecasting tools)
  • Proven track record of reducing out-of-stocks, improving forecast accuracy, and managing inventory health
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills; ability to work with large datasets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels

Position Overview

The Replenishment Manager plays a critical role in managing end-to-end supply chain processes for our clients across Walmart (Stores, 1P, and Walmart Marketplace 3P) and Sam’s Club.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proactive execution, and a customer-first mentality. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and retail partners to optimize inventory levels and product flow across both physical and digital shelves.

As a supply chain expert and client-facing lead, you’ll support omnichannel execution and business growth by improving forecast accuracy, ensuring product availability, and driving overall supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years (Manager) / 7+ years (Sr. Manager) of experience in CPG supply chain, preferably supporting Walmart or Sam’s Club
  • Strong knowledge of Walmart Retail Link and Sam’s Club MADIX/IMMAP systems
  • Experience working with retailer replenishment systems (e.g., GRS, Retail Link’s OSA, Demand Forecasting tools)
  • Proven track record of reducing out-of-stocks, improving forecast accuracy, and managing inventory health

Preferred
  • Prior experience within a broker, agency, or supplier to Walmart/Sam’s Club
  • Familiarity with EDI systems, supply chain metrics platforms, or advanced forecasting tools
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
  • Lean/Six Sigma or supply chain certification a plus

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and other compensation programs.

MPG offers a generous package of health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, paid maternity/paternity leave and life insurance. Our compensation program provides market industry base salary, bonuses, and 401K. In addition to paid holidays, we reward an employee’s extra efforts through unlimited paid time off.
