Responsibilities

• Locate and select products from designated storage areas within the refrigerated warehouse using WMS and finger scanner.
• Pack items safely, considering temperature-sensitive requirements for refrigerated products.
• Adhere to SQF Food Safety Code and GDP rules on the warehouse floor.
• Escalate concerns and take swift action as needed to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Ensure items match customer orders and use appropriate packaging to prevent damage.
• Conduct regular quality checks for damages, discrepancies, or expiration issues.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily operational targets.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with teams for timely replenishment.

About the Role:

The Replenishment Lead oversees replenishment operations within our warehouse, ensuring inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Utilize a finger scanner and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) interface to accurately locate and select products from designated storage areas within the refrigerated warehouse.
• Safely and efficiently pack selected items into appropriate packaging, considering temperature-sensitive requirements for refrigerated products.
• Strictly adheres to the SQF Food Safety Code while monitoring the warehouse floor to ensure all employees consistently follow Good Distribution Practices (GDP) rules.
• Drives a proactive “see something, say something” culture, effectively escalating concerns and taking swift action appropriate to their level of responsibility.
• Ensure that all picked items match customer orders and meet Misfits’ quality standards. Use the appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage or spoliage during transportation.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products to identify any damages, discrepancies, or expiration issues.
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
• Verify and maintain inventory levels within your bay, communicating effectively with other teams to ensure timely replenishment and minimize disruptions.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in a food-based, refrigerated environment.
• Help us maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace. Complete all assigned safety training as required in a timely manner.
• Maintain functional knowledge in all areas of the production line, including box building and prepping.
