Bosch Power Tools in West Memphis, AR, seeks a Warehouse Team Lead to drive efficient dock operations and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will lead a team, enforce safety rules, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet customer expectations.

Ideal candidates bring lean manufacturing knowledge, strong communication and leadership abilities, and a track record in warehouse or production settings.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Bosch Production System (BPS) or lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and email applications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop others.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assigns work to dock operators and prioritize tasks to satisfy customers.
• Monitors operator moves and enforces safety requirements.
• Troubleshoots inventory issues and expedites movement of products.
• Oversees 6S and floor cleanliness; identifies deficiencies for quick fixes.
• Ensures PIT equipment safety with TPM and lift inspections.
• Coordinates with Customer Service, Receiving, Quality, DSP and others to expedite priority orders.
• Supports Replenishment team with daily tasks as needed.
