Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a warehouse environment necessary.
• Experience in training or mentorship is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Training & Mentorship: lead area process training on PIT operation.
• PIT Operations & Material Movement: use PIT equipment to pick, move, and store parts.
• Material Preparation & Processing: verify materials and quantities for next steps.
• Order Fulfillment & Packaging: pack orders with appropriate labels and docs.
• Equipment Operation: operate hand-powered and semi-automated packaging equipment.
• Record Keeping & Inventory: maintain receiving, stock, and shipping records.
• Team Leadership Support: assist Warehouse Team Lead in absence.
