Job summary

Armada- is seeking a highly analytical supply chain professional to plan and execute replenishment for Armada managed facilities. The role balances optimized inventory levels with high customer service through integrated processes and technology.

You will analyze data to recommend demand-driven purchasing, support inventory planning targets, and collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of supply chain industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related field
• Ability to manipulate, assess, and interpret relevant data
• Strong analytical abilities required
• Strong attention to detail required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact cross-functionally and with higher-level management.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate and analyze data to provide recommendations for demand driven purchasing
• Establish proficiencies in Armada’s inventory management tool for buys
• Maintain 99.0–99.5% case fill rate within budget with minimal write-offs
• Collaborate with demand planning on inventory targets and safety stock
• Identify changes in sales patterns due to promotions and seasonality
• Direct management of all item phases and run outs
• Maintain item master data for all managed items
• Assess technology requirements to support business
• Participate in design, testing, and implementation of new tech, tools and processes
• Develop and maintain strong supplier/client relationships
• Collaborate with account management to develop the supply plan
• Work with internal departments on joint efforts (transport, warehousing, finance, engineering)
• Support new customer/business offering integrations
• Initiate process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Develop, update, maintain supply planning SOPs
• Lead or participate on project teams; present analyses and plans
• Perform root cause analysis for corrective actions
• Develop and manage KPI’s to support the business
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Other duties as assigned
