Armada Supply Chain Solutions in Pittsburgh is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead inventory planning, optimize service levels, and mentor the planning team across multiple warehouses and customers.

You will partner with engineering, finance, and client support to drive continuous improvement, manage supplier relationships, and develop KPI-driven reporting while working in a hybrid on-site role with travel to redistribution facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or relevant discipline.
• 2-4 years experience with inventory management.
• 2-4 years experience with an advanced planning system (i.e. Blue Yonder, SAP, Logility, Kinaxis).
• 2-4 years of managerial and/or proven team leading experience.
• 2-4 years of supply chain industry or relevant experience.
• Proficient Microsoft Office suite and data mining/analytic capability.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the design and execution of departmental buy strategies (i.e. product launches, product phases, promotions, improved efficiencies).
• Oversee the management and projection of inventory levels across customers, product categories, and warehouses.
• Achieve and maintain high in stock rates and perform root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Balance working capital with service levels, aligning Armada and customer interests.
• Drive inventory risk management to mitigate product loss with weekly expiration and monthly slow-moving reviews.
• Collaborate with warehouses, transportation, client support to assure supply and create efficiencies.
• Perform analytics from multiple data sources to support decision making and reporting.
• Lead/participate in projects to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop relationships with customers, suppliers, engineering, IT and finance to drive results.
