Job summary

Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking an Associate Replenishment Analyst to ensure product availability at distribution centers and stores, maximizing POS opportunities while controlling costs. You will create POS forecasts, manage order quantities, and enable communication between Category Planners and Replenishment Managers.

You will use SAP, Excel, and a replenishment system to forecast demand, monitor in-stock performance, and identify improvement opportunities. Travel about 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Enrollment status considered with anticipated graduation by end of current school year.
• Willing to travel around 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Forecast order forecasts using SAP and Excel to support demand planning and generate demand insights.
• Manage in-stock at DC and store levels, balance inventory, and support promotions and pricing decisions.
• Coordinate with Category Planners and Replenishment Managers; participate in regular meetings with sales teams.
