Job summary

Hachette Book Group is seeking a Bulk Storage Supervisor and Replenishment Lead in Indiana to ensure replenishments are completed efficiently and safely each day. The role involves supervising staff in the replenishment cutting area and coordinating with the Ibod cutting line.

Responsibilities include training teams, reporting end-of-day productivity, and maintaining workflow in related areas. Requires forklift/counterbalance certification and experience with WMS/WMT systems.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor, train and coordinate all employees and temporary employees in replenishment cutting area.
• Proficient in all aspects of Ibod cutting machine and cutting area.
• Document and report end of day productivity for all aspects of replenishments.
• Monitor workflow of Carton Making Area & Ibod Cutting Area, reporting any issues in a timely manner and reporting end of day production numbers.
• Train employees to put away stock in all areas of Picking.
• Report problems to Supervisor and/or Lead and suggest problem resolution.
• Use Walkie Rider & Counterbalance to move product as needed.
