Fashion Nova in Beverly Hills is seeking an Associate Replenishment Buyer to drive the test and reorder model for assigned categories, ensuring best-selling merchandise is reordered promptly at optimal cost and quality. You will react quickly to stock changes and partner with vendors to maintain in-stock conditions and profitability.
The role requires 3+ years in replenishment or data analysis, strong Excel skills (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, pivots), and a BA/BS in a related field.

- 3+ years in replenishment or data analysis.
- Experience analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
- Proficient in Excel with SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
- Passion for fashion and trend analysis.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in finance or related field.
- English; additional languages a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Email vendors to negotiate costs and quantities.
- Monitor stock levels and chase best sellers for replenishment.
- Review item-level preseason and in-season forecasts.
- Assist daily sales tracking to determine unit needs.
- Develop reorder style sizing needs and purchase orders.
- Collaborate across departments to gather insights and drive action.
