Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Replenishment Analyst to manage basic SKU inventory and support Store In-Stock and Service Level goals. You will optimize basic SKUs across stores and DCs, coordinating with Merchandising, Planning and Supply Chain to meet company targets.

This full-time role requires two+ years in retail/replenishment, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office; SQL/Retek/MicroStrategy are a plus. Located in Chesapeake, VA, with a salary range of $68,000–$76,500.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of retail/replenishment experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL/Retek/MicroStrategy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage 400-500 SKUs across 7,000 stores, $300M+ sales.
• Oversee allocations to support promotions and reduce markdowns.
• Own forecasts, purchasing and deployment metrics.
• Investigate overstocks, outages, and store in-stock opportunities.
• Expedite inbound Purchase Orders.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams on in-stock and service levels.
• Present weekly category insights to the team.
• Approve POs up to $70,000 cost within budget.
• Communicate business needs across levels.
• Other duties as assigned.
