Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations or related field, or equivalent experience.
2 years of replenishment/order management/supply chain experience.
Experience with ERP or order management systems (POPS, BlueYonder).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) proficiency.
Ability to work nights, weekends or early mornings as needed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication to larger groups.

Responsibilities

Oversee purchase orders end-to-end, including creation, maintenance, updates, and cancellations.
Monitor open orders and follow up with vendors for acknowledgements, ship dates, and confirmations.
Maintain accurate purchase order data, including quantities and ETAs.
Run and maintain operational reports related to open orders, acknowledgements, delays, and service risks.
Communicate reporting, insights, and risks to cross-functional partners and broader stakeholder groups.
Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, delays, and exceptions.
