Job summary

Canon Repairs Service Center in Greenville, SC seeks a detail-oriented logistics support specialist to track repair jobs, manage data, and coordinate receiving and shipping activities. The role interfaces with warehouse staff and commercial stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies.

Ideal candidates will have a HS Diploma, 1+ years SAP MM/WM experience, strong Excel and data-entry skills, and the ability to work overtime in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong background in SAP MM and WM modules with 1+ years of SAP experience.
• Strong problem solving in a dynamic team environment.
• Knowledge of materials distribution and logistics processes, inventory management.
• Strong data entry skills.
• SAP transactional knowledge with troubleshooting experience.
• 1 year shipping/receiving operations experience, including carrier management exposure.
• Product knowledge of repairs components.
• Familiarity with Domestic and International Shipping procedures.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills and general PC literacy.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Track repair jobs and communicate with customer stakeholders on critical information.
• Coordinate logistics of repair jobs for Receiving and Shipping; work with warehouse staff.
• Coordinate with repair cells on receiving/shipping of emergent repair work.
• Communicate with commercial stakeholders regarding deliveries and discrepancies; resolve or escalate as needed.
• Load all demand information in Excel and maintain data accuracy to drive repair decisions.
• Maintain documentation for every repair job; ensure data integrity for repair directives.
• Familiar with SAP transactions; troubleshoot as needed.
