Qualifications

• HS Diploma
• 1+ year of SAP MM and WM experience
• Experience with materials distribution and logistics/inventory management
• Strong data entry skills
• Familiarity with domestic and international shipping
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics of repair jobs for Receiving and Shipping and work closely with warehouse staff
• Key point of contact for repair jobs in Greenville
• Communicate with commercial stakeholders regarding deliveries and discrepancies; escalate if needed
• Load demand information in Excel and maintain data accuracy to drive decisions
• Perform duties with minimal supervision; be proactive and train others
• Maintain all incoming documentation for every repair job and ensure data integrity
• Familiarity with SAP transactions and troubleshooting
