Qualifications

Must be able to.inspect, diagnose, and repair faulty equipment or devices.
Experience with inventory management systems and repair ticketing software is preferred.
High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus.

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and repair faulty equipment or devices.
Disassemble units and replace, adjust, or repair parts.
Document work performed, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
Communicate with customers or internal teams about repair status and recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Keep up-to-date with new products and repair techniques.
