Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Repair Technician 2 in Silverdale, WA. You will disassemble, sandblast, paint, repair, assemble and test launcher hardware, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. A valid license to operate pendant‑controlled cranes, trucks, and forklifts is required, with ordnance safety procedures strictly followed.

Relocation assistance may be available; travel approx. 10%. U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting welcomed.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and diagrams.
• Experience with hazardous materials handling, storage and disposal.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, sandblast, paint, repair, assemble and test launcher hardware.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Read and follow drawings, quality provisions, directives, safety procedures and documentation.
