Job summary

United Aero Group California is seeking a Repair Technician to perform precise repairs on aircraft blades and components, using mechanical skills and aviation knowledge to ensure optimal performance and safety. You will work hands-on with complex machinery in a shop environment focused on quality and timely turnaround.

• Some vocational or community college with related coursework or equivalent experience, required.
• 1-3 Years of related experience in the aviation industry preferred.

• Proficient on all OEM repair manuals with a complete understanding of Aviation Standard Practices per AC 43-13.
• Perform vacuum & pressure bonding techniques for repairs.
• Conduct composite & metal skin repairs as required.
• Ensure all product & documentation are accurate & complete per UAG quality specifications.
• Maintain timely, cost-effective work orders and implement management directives.
• Evaluate & recommend improvements for QA procedures.
• Ensure department safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. Your expertise in equipment repair, maintenance, and electrical systems will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in our repair processes. Duties

• This individual must be proficient on all OEM repair manuals with a complete understanding of Aviation Standard Practices per AC 43-13.
• Perform various repairs using the following:
• Vacuum & Pressure Bonding Techniques
• Perform composite & metal skin repairs as required
• Ensure all product & documentation are accurate & complete per UAG quality specifications.
• Ensures that work orders move forward in a timely, cost-effective manner, making changes and adjustments as necessary as directed by Repair Lead.
• Evaluates & recommends improvements for procedures for quality control of products.
• Ensures department safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort
