You will read technical drawings, test electrical systems, and perform preventive maintenance, responding promptly to emergency calls and maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Elevator Technician degree or Elevator Mechanic License.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Available to work on an on-call basis.

• Install elevators and escalators, including wiring and control programming.
• Maintain and repair elevators, escalators, and vertical transportation.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspect safety devices.
• Respond to emergency calls and repair quickly.
• Update records of repairs and maintenance performed.

• Stay current with advancements in elevator technology and regulations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Installs new elevators & escalators, including electrical work, wiring, and programming of control systems.
• Maintains and repairs elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation equipment.
• Performs routine maintenance, such as oiling & cleaning mechanical parts, and inspecting safety devices.
• Responds to emergency calls and makes repairs quickly and efficiently.
• Updates and maintains records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Conducts safety audits and ensures that all equipment meets safety standards and regulations.
• Stays current with advancements in elevator technology and industry regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
