Job summary

Trillium Staffing seeks a Product Test & Repair Technician for our Columbus, Ohio Distribution Center. Pay rate is $18.00/hour with a 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM schedule.

In this role you’ll test returned products, diagnose issues, and perform repairs as needed to ensure items are ready for resale or return to stores. You’ll replace missing accessories, document test results, verify labels, and prep products for shipment while helping the team meet production goals with accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• Computer test and repair experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have HSD or GED.

Responsibilities

• Testing a wide range of customer-returned products, as assigned by the team lead.
• Diagnosing issues and performing repairs on select items when needed.
• Replacing missing accessories before products are returned to stores for resale.
• Accurately documenting test results and any repairs completed.
• Verifying that product labels match the item and reporting discrepancies promptly.
• Cleaning, packaging, and preparing products that pass testing for shipment back to the appropriate retail store.
• Meeting production goals while maintaining strong quality and accuracy standards.
• Supporting other related duties as assigned by management.

As a Product Test & Repair Technician, you will play an important role in helping ensure products are accurately evaluated and ready for the next step in the process.
