Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking Repair Technicians in Amarillo, TX to weld and repair various railcars. This is a physical role requiring disassembly of damaged units and precise fabrications.

Work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a starting pay rate of $22 per hour. This contract-to-hire position is with a local railcar company and an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret instructions, manuals, documentation, use basic math skills and be able to bend, stoop, bend, stand throughout the shift.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Weld and repair different types of railcars and tank cars.
• Disassemble damaged railcars and replace parts as needed.
• Follow FRA and AAR rules and regulations during work.

Trillium Staffing is now seeking Repair Technicians in Amarillo, TX!

Local railcar company is looking for repair technicians. The Repair Technicians will be welding and repairing different types of railcars. This is a physical job requiring disassembly of damaged railcars and tank cars. You must be able to weld in all directions. You will be replacing parts, welding damaged areas and following all FRA, AAR rules and regulations. The work schedule is Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30 pm with a starting pay rate of $22/hr. This is a contract to hire position.
