Job summary

Encore Pro Staffing in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support metalworking and welding tasks, ensuring reliable operation of production equipment and utility systems. The role requires interpreting technical manuals, following safety protocols, and performing preventive maintenance as scheduled.

The ideal candidate will have strong maintenance welding skills, familiarity with blueprints, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.

Qualifications

• Well-rounded skills in maintenance welding.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and other standards.
• Knowledge of power/hand tools.
• Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds regularly.
• Shift: 5a-1p.

Responsibilities

• Utilized skills in metal working and welding.
• Ensure operation of machinery and equipment by completing maintenance requirements on production, packaging, processing equipment and utility systems.
• Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Follow all required work safe practices including lock-out tag-out requirements and wearing of all required PPE in designated areas.
