Working within the Global Zebra service division, this position is responsible for Repair Engineering management in the assigned region.

This is an on-site position. You will be required to be on-site 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:
  • Supports New Product Introduction by ensuring all operations are ready to repair new devices as they are released to market. Ensures tools and equipment have been qualified. Trains supplier engineering group on repair process for newly released devices
  • Work closely with product engineering teams, depot management and repair engineering management to implement product design and process changes within the global repair depots
  • ECN (Engineering Change Notices) -Manage the distribution and Implementation of service engineering change management ECN to global repair depots
  • Participates in cost reductions efforts as assigned
  • Create process documentation for team and repair depots
  • Works toward six sigma certification and applies knowledge to projects under supervision
  • Works as part of a team or under supervision to analyze returns, recommend process improvement and oversee improvement implementation with key customers. May shadow or participate alongside more senior team member in key customer meetings.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree. University degree (or degree in progress) in an Electronic or Mechanical discipline
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Requirement:
  • Process Analysis experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Access 97
  • Fluent English
  • Familiar with Quality Measurement Techniques – 5S, TQM, Six sigma, project management

Salary: USD 75,100 - USD 112,700 annually, depending on location, skills, and experience. All roles are eligible for incentive programs and other benefits.
