As a Field Service Engineer II at Cytek Biosciences, you will be the cornerstone of our customer satisfaction, delivering top-tier technical support and ensuring the optimal performance of our advanced flow cytometry systems directly at client locations. Your expertise will bridge the gap between complex engineering solutions and real-world applications, making a tangible impact on our clients' operations.

As a Field Service Engineer II at Cytek Biosciences, you will be the cornerstone of our customer satisfaction, delivering top-tier technical support and ensuring the optimal performance of our advanced flow cytometry systems directly at client locations. Your expertise will bridge the gap between complex engineering solutions and real-world applications, making a tangible impact on our clients' operations.

Core Responsibilities
  • Installation & Configuration: Lead the installation, setup, and commissioning of flow cytometers and Cytek upgrade products at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

  • Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.

  • Technical Support: Provide on-site technical assistance, troubleshooting complex problems, and offering solutions that enhance system performance.

  • Customer Training: Educate clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment, empowering them to operate systems efficiently and safely.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installations, maintenance, and repairs, to ensure compliance and facilitate future support.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and sales, to address customer needs and contribute to product improvements.

  • Inventory Management: Manage and track inventory of parts and tools, ensuring availability for timely service delivery.

  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Experience: Prior experience in flow cytometry (lab setting or repair) is a plus but not required.Diversity Jobs

  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
