What We're Looking For

This role performs intermediate-level tasks associated with servicing customer products, including diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining products, while ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate-level troubleshooting, repairing, and testing of products to restore functionality while ensuring quality standards are met
• Inspect and diagnose products for defects or issues and implement appropriate repair solutions
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working condition to support efficient repairs
• Accurately document repair processes, findings, and parts used, keeping records organized and up-to-date
• Provide updates on repair progress and timelines and ensure customer products are handled with care to maintain satisfaction
• Mentor less experienced team members by sharing knowledge, guiding them in proper repair techniques, and ensuring adherence to company standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet repair goals, improve workflows, and create a positive, respectful work environment
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities for efficiency, quality enhancement, and standardization of repair procedures
• Follow safety protocols, report safety concerns or equipment malfunctions promptly, and comply with company policies and regulations

Incentive Compensation

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
