Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule pool repair service calls, technician dispatching, and follow-up appointments.
• Prepare, process, and track customer invoices and billing statements accurately.
• Communicate with customers regarding service status, repair updates, and billing inquiries.
• Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and job documentation.
• Collaborate with field technicians and management to ensure timely job completion.
• Process payments, manage accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Support daily office operations including data entry, filing, and customer correspondence.
