Job summary

A leading electronic repair service is seeking an Experienced Sales Person for their Snohomish County locations. This full-time role involves engaging customers, performing diagnostics, and exceeding sales targets by offering warranties and services. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in customer service and sales, particularly in wireless carrier stores. The position offers competitive hourly pay from $17 to $19, along with employee benefits and an opportunity for uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience, preferably with Wireless Carrier experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers waiting in our lobby.
• Perform diagnostics and functionality tests when taking in devices.
• Offer Home+, accessories, and add-ons.
• Process and return damaged or aged inventory.
• Assist store manager with maintaining the repair queue.
• Exceed sales budget and expected attachment rate.
• Oversee repair metrics like return rates and turnaround times.
• Maintain store cleanliness during down time.

Experienced Sales Person

We are looking for self‑motivated sales people with prior wireless carrier experience and who are comfortable dealing with customers and attaching warranty, insurance plan, offering accessories, add‑on services and in‑home technology solutions.

What you will do:

• Greet and check in customers waiting in our lobby.
• Perform basic diagnostics and functionality tests and create detailed notes when in‑taking devices.
• Position and offer Home+, accessories, and add‑on services.
• Processing and returning damaged or aged inventory.
• Assist store manager with maintaining the repair queue and making sure that repairs are being done on time and on schedule.
• Exceed store’s sales budget and expected attachment rate for Home+ and accessories.
• Oversee repair metrics like return repair rates and turnaround times.
• Maintains Cleanliness of the Store in down time.

Pay

$17‑$19 hourly to UNCAPPED per month... depends on you! But, if you are coming here for the hourly rate, you will not be here long.
