Job summary

Poolie is hiring a Repair Manager to act as the operational backbone of the repair department. You will drive daily workflow efficiency, oversee coordinators and technicians, ensure high-rate quote conversions, warranty management, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

In this leadership role, you will balance hands-on oversight with technical governance, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and revenue targets are met while maintaining Poolie’s reliability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operational management or field operations leadership.
• Experience managing field technicians and support staff.
• Proficiency with Pool Brain, HubSpot, and Podium.
• Ability to manage schedules, KPIs, and SLAs in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of payroll tracking and incentive structures.
• Results-driven with focus on revenue targets.
• TEAM mindset and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and ensure quotes are scheduled within 24 hours.
• Drive quote classification and revenue conversion; enforce 24-hour follow-up SLA.
• Monitor tickets and communications in HubSpot and Podium; ensure timely issue resolution.
• Lead weekly technician meetings and track KPIs; develop career plans.
• Oversee payroll approvals and track hours, bonuses, and targets.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and manage technician performance with HR.
• Ensure compliance with licenses and safety protocols; track certifications.
• Prioritize warranty repair scheduling to minimize downtime and secure credits.
