KONE Americas seeks a Repair Operations Coordinator for the Southeast District, based at the Tampa, FL branch. The role involves managing the repair process, booking quoted repairs in SAP, initiating down payments, requisitioning parts, and coordinating with operations and customers to schedule repairs.

Training is 100% in-office, with a transition to a hybrid schedule later. Candidates should have 2+ years in customer service and a High School diploma or equivalent.

The role will be 100% in office during the training period, eventually transitioning to a hybrid schedule.

Job Duties

As ourRepair Operations Coordinator,you willprovide specialized support to the Service Business tendered repair process; booking secured Quoted Repair orders in SAP, initiate invoice down payments, requisition parts, follow-up with customers, and coordinate with Operations and customers to schedule planned repairs.

The role interacts with General Manager, Salespeople, Supervisors and Technicians to increase tender repair revenues and customer communication.

You willbring 2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience to KONE along with an appetite for learning a new industry. A High School education or equivalent.

Other Listed Duties as Needed

• Perform general office work and administrative tasks related to the ongoing repair business of the branch.

• Book quoted repair orders and requisition parts

• Schedule quoted repair and quick quotes; collaborate with supervisors, customers, 3rd party entities, and regulatory bodies

• Maintain Technician on-call Scheduler,for overtimecalls for Technicians and Supervisors

• Assist Service / Repair Supervisor

• Audit completeness and accuracy of orders

• Update SAP

• Provide internal Technician support

• Assist with permitting and permit management

• Assist withinvoicedispute and initiate invoices

• Manage and order OfficeSupplies

• Reporting functions for Branch Staff Meetings

• Additional duties as assigned

The hiring range for this role in the Tampa, FL location is $54,800.00– $71,925.00. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for thebusiness strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
